Ethan (and the whole family) are BIG soccer fans! So when it came time for his birthday, soccer cookies were the first thought. He plays soccer for ITAA (Indian Trail Athletic Association) and their main color is maroon. I'm sure he had a great party with all of his soccer buddies.
